What are the two most important skills for the world of work in your opinion?
At EY, time management is one of the most important skills that you will need to make use of during your career. Each day you will be challenged to manage your time between a portfolio of clients to confirm that tasks are completed on time and to a high standard. Another important skill to have is people skills. You will be dealing with clients on a daily basis and therefore will need to effectively communicate with your clients as well as your team when resolving any queries and when obtaining necessary supporting information.
