What's it all about?
Phase two is all about taking action. Leading and acting inclusively is something we can all learn if we're open to #TryOneThing every day. It can be as simple as smiling and saying “Hello, how are you?” to those that you meet; leading with questions and actively listening to the responses; or inviting the quieter people in your team to share their thoughts. We all need to develop our inclusiveness muscle, we're all learning!
Quiet colleagues can really make a project sing
Saying 'thank you' costs nothing, but it can be priceless
Walking in others' shoes helps our projects run better
Flexible working locks in productivity
A world of ideas can lead from one small question
Seeing myself clearly unclouds my judgement of others
Slowing down to provide constructive feedback gets results faster
To see further, I need to listen with close curiosity

International Day Against Homophobia, Transphobia and Biphobia
On the 17th of May, EY celebrated International Day Against Homophobia, Transphobia and Biphobia. The purpose of the day is to show our commitment to improving the quality of life for the LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender) community and show how we are working to achieve positive change. In EMEIA FSO, we’re on a journey to build a more inclusive culture. We know when people feel they can be themselves at work, we increase engagement and create high-performing teams that deliver better business results.
